Refunds & Exchanges
All items must be returned in resellable condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. If items are damaged upon return, we will evaluate the extent of the damage and any credit issued will be adjusted accordingly. If your product has been assembled according to your order, there will be a restocking fee of 25% and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The original shipping is not refundable.
If there is an error with your order and the error is on our part, once the jewelry is returned and the mistake is verified we are happy to send out a corrected item.
For all returns, please contact Support@HealthyBeads.com for RMA approval and needed RMA forms.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refund. If you need to exchange an item after receipt, Please contact Support@HealthyBeads.com for RMA approval.
The product should be returned in original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please take the item to your local post office/mailing store to assure proper mailing procedures. Be sure to insure your package and receive a tracking #. We cannot be responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during mailing.
Once your returned product is received, we will issue a credit within 10 business days. (Please allow one month for the credit to appear on your card statement).
